Morado Gigante is quickly becoming a favorite of mine- great flavor like the rest of the Creoles, but fewer cloves per bulb, resulting in these satisfying, plump cloves to improve any dish they're added to. There's one picture where I busted a bulb's worth of cloves, which I chopped and added to a chuck steak I broiled, cannot be beaten.
